Store Lærkegård is a small farm 300 metres from the Baltic Sea. Here you'll find calm, nature and genuine experiences – no shows. This guide gathers the practical details so you can settle in gently from the moment you arrive.

A few things that make arrival easy.
Keep your reference handy
You'll find your booking reference in your confirmation email. Have it ready on arrival so we can welcome you quickly.
Pack for nature
Good shoes for the coastal paths, an extra layer for evenings by the sea and swimwear in summer. Bornholm's weather changes – layers are your friend.
Tell us about special needs
Allergies, diet or a preferred arrival time? Just reply to your confirmation and we'll prepare it before you arrive.

The way to the farm
Store Lærkegård is on Bornholm, 300 metres from the Baltic Sea. The final address is confirmed in your confirmation email.
From Copenhagen
Ferry from Køge to Rønne (approx. 5 hours), then about 15 minutes by car to the farm.
From Ystad (Sweden)
Ferry from Ystad to Rønne (approx. 1 hour), then about 15 minutes by car.
By car
There is free parking on the farm. We recommend a car if you want to explore the island.
By bike
Bornholm is made for cycling. There is bike parking, and we're happy to share our favourite routes.
Arrival and departure
If you need different times, write to us in advance – we'll do our best to be flexible.
Good to know
WiFi
There is free WiFi across the farm. You'll get the password on arrival.
Parking
Free parking on the farm, right by the rooms.
Breakfast
Breakfast with local produce, eggs from the farm and bread from the nearest baker is included. The serving time is shared on arrival.
Pets
Out of consideration for the farm animals and other guests, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Accessibility
The farm is an older property. Write to us before arrival if you need step-free access and we'll find the best solution.
Calm by the coast
There is no fixed programme – only the chance to be present. Here are some of the experiences at the farm.
The coast & nature
300 metres to the Baltic Sea along paths from the farm. Walks by the water, the sound of waves and long, light evenings in summer.
Year round
Each season has its own rhythm on Bornholm – from spring light to winter calm. The farm changes character with the seasons.
Sauna & spa (opens 2027)
Our farm sauna with cold water bath opens in 2027. It isn't yet part of your stay, but we look forward to welcoming you to stillness and warmth.
